David Morris collection, 1952-1970 (bulk 1964-1969).

Correspondence, memos, notes, publications, posters, and pamphlets related to student organizing activities and protest movements at colleges and universities during the mid to late 1960s. The papers date from 1952 to 1970. Most were created by such organizations as the Southern Student Organizing Committee (SSOC), Students for a Democratic Society (SDS), and the Student Nonviolent Coordinating Committee (SNCC). Included are notes, pamphlets, posters, and publications reflecting protests against the military draft and the Vietnam War, documents related to other protest movements, and left-wing and mainstream newspapers and newsclippings covering various subjects related to anti-war and domestic protest movements.
